Meet one of our team members who make a difference, Christy Ross! We are celebrating Christy for National Medical Records Week and recognizing her as our April Employee of the Month!

Christy was nominated for Employee of the Month by her co-workers, who say she is very patient and a great listener. Christy works at Carington Park as our Medical Records Director, Nurse Scheduler, and STNA. She has been a part of our team for the past 26 years! We cannot thank Christy enough for her hard work and loyalty.

Christy is committed to her work and says the staff is like family here. "My favorite part about my job is spending time with residents and making them happy."

In her free time, Christy loves spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors, such as going to the beach, zoo, kayaking, or amusement parks. She is married with three kids, and one item on her bucket list is to go skydiving!

Christy is grateful to be a part of the Carington Park Family, and we are just as grateful to have her! Congratulations on winning April Employee of the Month, and happy National Medical Records Week!
