Since 1993, Rosalita Darrow, STNA, has been a pillar of kindness and dedication at Carington Park. Her contagious smile and unwavering willingness to help wherever needed make her an invaluable part of our team. Co-workers and residents alike describe Rosalita as the sweetest person ever, always going above and beyond to ensure our residents feel cared for and loved.



When asked why she chose healthcare, Rosalita simply says, “I like people.” It’s clear she truly loves her career, sharing that her favorite part of the job is bringing joy to the residents. Knowing they need her is what motivates her each day.

Born in the Philippines, Rosalita enjoys spending her free time shopping, cooking, visiting the casino, and even riding horses! At home, she has two large, lovable dogs, Coco and PiePie, who keep her company. Her bucket list includes traveling the world, a dream we hope she fulfills!
