January Employee of the Month

This month, we are proud to recognize Kelly Holcomb as our Employee of the Month! Kelly has been a dedicated CNA with Foundations Health Solutions for eight years, and her passion for caregiving shines through in everything she does. Known for her kind heart and unwavering dedication, she always goes above and beyond for our residents, ensuring they receive the best care possible.



Her co-workers and residents alike describe her as hardworking, helpful, and an incredible team player. She takes the time to build meaningful relationships, making every resident feel valued and cared for. When asked what drives her every day, Kelly’s answer is simple yet powerful: “The residents.”

One of her favorite memories at the facility was dressing up as The Grinch for Christmas, bringing smiles and laughter to everyone. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys running, weightlifting, and drawing, and she adores spending time with her two daughters, three sons, and 13 grandkids. She’s also an adventurous spirit, with skydiving and a hot air balloon ride on her bucket list!

Kelly describes her career in three words: Fulfilling, rewarding, and heartfelt. We couldn’t agree more! Thank you, Kelly, for your dedication, compassion, and hard work. You make a difference every single day!
