August Employee of the Month

We are thrilled to announce our Employee of the Month at Carington Park: Crystal Cole, STNA! For the past two years, Crystal has been a shining star in our community, and her 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry truly stand out.



Crystal goes above and beyond to ensure our residents are not just healthy, but genuinely happy. Her hard work, friendly nature, and dedication are evident every day, and she always brings a smile to the faces of those she cares for. One co-worker shared, "I love when Crystal works my wing because I know the residents will be cared for!"

Growing up in Ashtabula, Crystal has always had a passion for helping others, which led her to a career in healthcare. Her favorite part of the job? Seeing the smiles on her residents' faces. She describes her career in three words: fulfilling, exciting, and heartbreaking.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys crafting and searching for beach glass. She loves classic cars and shares her life with her mini Bernedoodle, Stella, and her two children, Nathan and Destinee. On her bucket list? Skydiving and going on a cruise!
