Join us in celebrating Melissa Seegert, LPN, as Carington Park's December Employee of the Month! Melissa's exceptional dedication is noticeable in her outstanding work ethic—always ready to assist, never missing a day, and earning the admiration of our residents.

With six years at our skilled nursing facility and a total of 12 years in the healthcare industry, Melissa's passion for helping others led her to this rewarding career. Her positivity, friendliness, and reliability make her an invaluable team member, and residents and co-workers alike describe her as friendly, thorough, helpful, and always wearing a smile.



Melissa finds joy in the simple yet impactful moments, like making residents smile and laugh. Originally from Conneaut, she enjoys spending time with family, attending concerts with her best friend, and has a unique love for peanut butter on cheeseburgers.

Now an empty nester with a 10-year-old cat, two turtles, and a recently rescued dog, Melissa's bucket list includes jumping from an airplane and visiting Germany.
