Kim's tireless dedication and compassion make her stand out in the work she does every day. Her caregiving approach reflects how she'd want her own loved ones to be treated, showcasing the exceptional care she gives, her dependability, and her commitment to her residents. Kim finds so much joy and reward in her job, particularly in the gratitude expressed by the residents she assists daily. We're so lucky to have someone like Kim who's dedicated to our Culture of Care!



Co-workers and residents alike praise Kim's expertness in the nursing field. With an impressive 31 years at our nursing home and in the healthcare industry, Kim's devotion and experience shine through. Her decision to pursue healthcare was deeply rooted in personal experience, having cared for her own grandmother during a challenging time.

Born and raised in Ashtabula, Kim's off-duty moments are spent on exciting adventures with her grandson. With a daughter and a charming 2-year-old grandson at home, she strongly values family time. Kim also aspires to one day travel the world!
