January Employee of the Month

As a Foundations Health Solutions skilled nursing facility, we pride ourselves on being not only a provider of superior care but also an exemplary employer. With core values of compassion, integrity, and empathy, we continue to define the long-term care industry. An employee that upholds these core values is Tammie! Please help us congratulate Tammie as Carington Park’s January Employee of the Month!



Tammie has been with the company for 15 years, starting her career with us in the Dietary Department. She eventually found her true calling in the Activities Department. The residents love being around Tammie and doing activities with her. She does a great job, always keeping them engaged and entertained. Tammie is often found out and about interacting with the residents, playing cards, taking them on outings and hollering Bingo. Tammie is also known for bringing in her adorable sidekick, her dog Bruno, whom everyone adores!

Tammie was nominated by her fellow co-workers and residents because of her hard work and always being able to make the residents smile. She is such an asset to our team and is part of the reason that makes Carington Park so great. Thank you, Tammie, for going above and beyond for our residents!
