October Employee of the Month

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Megan Stuper, a dedicated Dietary Aide who has been with us since April 2023. Megan is known for her willingness to pick up shifts and her unwavering commitment to both her coworkers and residents. Her attention to detail, caring nature, and team-player attitude truly set her apart.



When asked what she loves most about her job, Megan says it’s the people—both her coworkers and the residents—that make each day rewarding. She’s motivated by supporting her two daughters, Candelyn and Unity, and takes pride in making a difference in the lives of those at our facility.

Megan hails from Ashtabula and loves spending her free time at church, reading, and being with her family—including her dog, Pinky. We are incredibly fortunate to have Megan on our team, and we appreciate all she does. Congratulations, Megan! Keep shining!
