July Employee of the Month

Carington Park wants to give our community a peak inside the lives of our team members who work hard to provide quality care to our residents. This month, we are highlighting our July Employee of the Month, Tammy Lemmon, LPN!

Working at Carington Park for the past eight years, we've seen Tammy display great qualities of being a compassionate and caring employee through her hard work. She works well with others, is always willing to help, is easy to get along with, and is professional and reliable. From working as a Nurse for the past 25 years, she has picked up some great attributes along the way!


Tammy's passion is helping others and making their day. The perks of working at the facility include seeing her amazing residents and co-workers every day. She feels that her career provides a rewarding, professional, and learning experience. We're so glad that Tammy is a part of our team!

Tammy grew up in Ashtabula, Ohio, and met her husband in the 7th grade. They eventually got married in 2001 and have been happily in love ever since. At home, they have two sons, two dogs, and ten chickens. Some of Tammy's hobbies include taking care of her animals and painting. A few items on her bucket list are to travel more, become a grandma, be a voice in an animated movie, and be in a flash mob.
