June Employee of the Month

Carington Park wants to take time to celebrate the caregivers at our skilled nursing facility who put their all into their careers. Each month, we honor an employee who stands out for being awesome! Please help us congratulate our June Employee of the Month, Lisa Pettit, STNA!

Lisa has worked at Carington Park for the past 12 years and has been in the healthcare industry for 32 years. We are happy she brought her experience and skills to our residents. Lisa has proven herself to be reliable and a compassionate caretaker. She chose to pursue a career in healthcare because of her passion for taking care of people and helping those in need.



Lisa's favorite part about her job is making residents smile. One of her most cherished memories working here was when she was going through a hard time outside of work, and her co-workers were very loving and supportive.

Lisa is from Canton, Ohio, but grew up between Ohio and Texas. Some of her hobbies include camping, crafting and spending time with family. At home, she has lots of pets that keep her busy, including a dog, two cats and a chinchilla.

Thank you, Lisa, for everything that you do for our residents. They love and appreciate you, and so do we! We are so grateful to have you on our team!
