Congratulations to Ninogreg Villanueva from our Dietary Department for being recognized as Carington Park's Employee of the Month! Ninogreg's positive, friendly demeanor and unwavering willingness to help make him truly deserving of this award. He is known among his colleagues as a team player who goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of our residents.



Having been with us for almost a year, Ninogreg brings dedication and enthusiasm to his role every day. His passion for healthcare, inspired by his sister who also works in the Dietary Department, shines through in his interactions with residents and his commitment to their care. His favorite part of his job is connecting with residents and brightening their day with his cheerful attitude. His daily motivation comes from the satisfaction of making a positive impact on others while also earning a living.

Described by colleagues as helpful, joking, and caring, Ninogreg's favorite memory at the facility is when a forgetful resident remembered his name, highlighting the meaningful connections he forms with those he serves. Outside of work, Ninogreg enjoys going to the gym and practicing his skills in haircutting, with aspirations of becoming a barber. He lives with his family and dreams of traveling the world someday.
