May Employee of the Month

Carington Park is happy to announce our May Employee of the Month, Azeb Harsch! This month, we are celebrating Azeb and all the ways that make her a great caretaker!

Azeb has been providing love and care for our residents as an STNA for the past five years. She does a great job making our residents feel heard and valued. Azeb goes above and beyond in the care she provides her residents. They love when she comes by and says things like, "She's my favorite," "She always remembers my likes/dislikes and routine," and "She always tidies up my room!"



Azeb's favorite part about her job is taking care of the residents. Every day is a new opportunity to make new memories and make an impact on their lives. Azeb expressed, "Every day is my favorite!"

Azeb is originally from Ethiopia and came to the United States in 2018. During her off time, she likes to listen to music and spend time with her dog, Charley, a lab and cane corso mix, who is a great protector! An item on Azeb's bucket list is to travel the world.

We want to thank Azeb for all her hard work and commitment to our residents. Keep up the great work! Please help us congratulate Azeb for being Carington Park's May Employee of the Month!
