Congratulations to Katie Lamson, our November Employee of the Month! Katie's dedication is evident in her hard work, love for the residents, and consistent helpfulness. Punctual, hardworking, and always ready to lend a hand, Katie exemplifies qualities that make her an outstanding employee.

Since joining the Housekeeping Department at Carington Park in February 2020, Katie has become a valued team member, earning praise from both co-workers and residents. Her decision to work in healthcare was fueled by a desire for a more fulfilling career, and she finds joy in assisting residents whenever and wherever possible.



Originally from Ashtabula, Katie enjoys hobbies such as painting, volunteering, and baking. A little-known fact is her dream of owning a bakery someday. At home, Katie is surrounded by the love of her family, including her mother, Karen, and brother, Robert.
