We are thrilled to announce Carol Azzano, a dedicated STNA with 29 years of unwavering service, as Carington Park's September Employee of the Month!



Carol's remarkable qualities, including her caring nature for both residents and co-workers, have won the hearts of all at our facility. Her colleagues praise her as an incredible team member, always ready to help, and consistently delivering exceptional care. Residents adore her for being an amazing STNA, providing comfort, and even indulging them with treats. Carol's daily motivation is the joy of seeing her residents, and she finds her career in healthcare to be "very interesting and rewarding." Born and raised in Ashtabula, Carol enjoys hobbies like diamond art and caring for her family and beloved pets, Misty and Buddy.
