September Employee of the Month

We are thrilled to announce Mary Summers, our hardworking and dedicated Housekeeper, as Employee of the Month! Mary has been a valuable member of our team for one year and two months, bringing a positive attitude and an incredible work ethic to everything she does.



Mary’s co-workers and residents speak highly of her, describing her as a team player who is always willing to help, kind to the residents, and always smiling. Her attention to detail and pride in her work make the facility shine. She truly goes above and beyond, ensuring everything is done right.

When asked about her favorite part of the job, Mary shared that it’s all about the residents. She loves helping them, making them smile, and brightening their day. Her daily motivation is knowing she gets to make a difference in their lives, which she finds “great, awesome, and wonderful.” 

Originally from West Springfield, PA, Mary enjoys spending time with her kids, coloring, and participating in activities with them. She’s also a proud mom to a dog and a cat! Fun fact: skydiving and bungee jumping are on her bucket list!
